The light video installation called 2100 reflects the research of the Institute of Physics and Atmosphere of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The main theme is climate change in the Czech Republic over the next hundred years. The viewer can observe this abstract phenomenon through a generative pattern changing its form based on the data from this research. The video object 2100 thus becomes an imaginary mirror of the future.

A special imaging device is created for the video, which transmits light at different intensities depending on the colour change in the video. This play of light gives the viewer another visual perception, another key to perceive the research represented.
